For heavy steel load handling, our customer used steel wires and clamps. And then they found one lifting magnet of electro-permanent magnet in a friend's factory and see what it could do to bundles of steel pipes. They were so interested that asked about it. Soon, they contact HVR MAG 's customer representative. That's what the customer told our representative.
The magnetic lifter we designed for the customer has 12 magnet modules, and a rated lifting capacity of 12 tons. The whole designing and manufacturing process is easier than the lifting magnet for their friend, since that is a lifting magnet for bundles of steel tubes.
After receipt and commissioning of the new lifting equipment, the customer told us, it is more manpower-saving, and the workers feel safer and more relaxed than ever. They would like to buy a second one in the near future.
