This is a test lifting of a lifting magnet for steel coils in HVR MAG factory. Our customer sent the steel coil for us to design and test the magnet lift. Check out if the magnet can work efficiently.
Shown in the video, the steel coil is lifted up vertically by HVR MAG lifting magnet. And we can see the shape the magnet is different from what we usually see on a lifting magnet. That's because our technical engineers designed it that way to make it fit the contact surface of the vertically placed steel coil. Because the middle of steel coils is empty, there is no magnet in the middle part.
