The HM3 electro permanent lifting magnet is for thin steel plate with a thickness of 3mm. What's special about it?
1. It consists of a number of electro permanent magnet modules that are elastically suspended for perfect adaptation to the Steel sheet. So even though there are some small height differences on the steel sheet, the magnets still adsorb the sheet strongly.
2. Adjustable magnetic force. Since the customer want to handle the metal sheet one by one, there should be no sticking of the sheets. So, our technicians designed "pre-mag" function for the lifter. When the operator presses "pre-mag", the magnets touch the steel sheet, and lift it up in the air for about 10cm high. Then the lifter will move to "full-mag" state and keeps lifting and transferring the sheet. Thus, it ensures no sticking with the second sheet below, and no steel plate dropping at the same time. Efficiency and safety are both high.
