The electro permanent lifting magnets with telescopic beam is built with 4/6 cross beams with 2 magnet modules for each cross beam. And the telescopic movement is activated by a delicate driving unit inside the lifter. Adding the full length of the telescopic beam, the lifter allows for lifting of steel plates with length up to 16 meters. It has a remote control, so one operator is OK to lift large steel plates with the lifting magnet efficiently.
According to specific working conditions, HVR MAG can custom lifting magnets to maximize your benefits. The lifting magnets we built are for sheet metal, steel coils, steel pipes, square billets, round billets, profiles (H beam/ I beam/ angle iron), etc. So far, the largest rated lifting capacity we do is 40 tons.
