This magnetic lifter can function with both cranes and forklifts. Now in the video, you see it works under a crane. But it has two holes for the forklift's coordination. Besides, it has an electric-driven telescopic beam, which can extend 3 meters in length (not shown in the video). So the steel plates that the lifter can handle cover a wider range of sizes.
What's more, with the electro-permanent magnet technology, you don’t have to worry about steel plates falling and safety problems in case of a power failure. And you can also save 95% of electric power compared with using an electromagnet.
More than that, to work efficiently on the port, this magnet can adsorb up to 5 sheets at a time, and then place them down one by one. This is all due to its adjustable magnetic force! The whole lifter is custom-made to our customer's requirements. And HVR MAG technical engineers have put as many as detailed designs into it.
