HBEPP Electro Permanent Magnetic Lifting Beam with Battery Supply for Single Steel Plate

Thanks to the integrated rechargeable battery group, this revolutionary electro permanent magnetic beam functions completely autonomously.
A power supply cable is not necessary.
The HBEPP-magnets can be used anywhere, even in areas where no electric power supply is available, and can also be used in combination with e.g. a forklift possible.
Electric current pulse is only used to invert the magnet molecularly; the effective force is generated by permanent magnets.
No power consumed during working, energy saving.
Due to the low power consumption, the rechargeable battery group has an autonomy of approximately 300 cycles. The battery group is charged by means of the built-in charger (230V / 50Hz).
The battery group is equipped with a quick-change system. A BACKUP battery group is optionally available.

A Much Safer Type of LIFTING MAGNETS

Electro permanent magnetic technology independent of electric current = Higher Safety.
Safety Factor 3:1
An inductive proximity switch mounted on the lifting mechanism prevents accidental demagnetization in the air.
Integrated "PICK-UP" cycle at lower strength (4 levels) for picking up thin plates, followed by FULLMAG.
Digital illuminated push buttons for indication of the status of the magnet.
Lamp block that indicates the status of the magnet.
Radio remote control prevents the operator from getting close to the load.
Continuous battery monitoring. At low battery voltage, only demagnetization can be done.
