Another Batch of Electro Permanent Magnets Coming Into Play In Intelligent Manufacturing

New week, new shipment. Another batch of custom designed electro permanent magnets from HVR MAG, will come into play in client's intelligent manufacturing factory.

These electro permanent magnets, are going to be mounted on gantry robot system, working as end-of-arm tooling magnets for handling/gripping/lifting of corrugated panel for the manufacturing of containers.

The technology of the double magnet uses electrical power only for few seconds in activation "MAG" and deactivation "DEMAG" cycles. Once magnetized, they can instantly catch and transfer various large and small sized magnetic substances.

Followed with "Industry 4.0" trend, magnetic grippers would be more and more widely applied to smart factories in the near future in automation applications, to pick, lift, load, place, transfer of ferrous parts for robot arm and automation line as an end-of arm-tool.
