Heat treatment process involves the use of heating or chilling, normally to extreme temperatures, to achieve the desired result such as hardening or softening of a material.
In this process, the maximum temperature of axle is 300℃. Can the robot gripper handle workpiece of such high temperature?
For common magnetic end effectors, 300℃ is too high to handle. But these magnetic grippers, were specially engineered, with water cooling system designed inside.
All these grippers are electrically switched on and off, PLC programmed to the robotic system. They consume no power during the transferring process, except the picking up and releasing moments.
