The customer stacked steel sheets horizontally before. Apparently, sheets were more prone to bending and warping. Besides, when steel sheets are stored horizontally, it is harder for air to circulate and moisture can potentially build up.
Therefore, they customized this electro permanent lifting magnet for vertical lifting of steel sheets. Equipped with rotating mechanism, this lifting magnet can adjust angle according to the weight of steel sheets.
