The customer, located in Shandong Province, engages in manufacturing and sales of hardware and auto parts. Through the Internet, they knew the custom solutions of lifting magnets of HVR MAG. The customer mainly wanted to transform the process of laser cutting loading. Because the new admission of a laser cutting machine is worth a lot of money. While the previous use of steel hooks, combined with manual permanent magnet dragged the leg of production efficiency. For each loading, it needed two or more workers to cooperate to complete the operation. More than that, the worker needed to climb up and down, with a certain degree of safety risks existing. And people worried.
As the epidemic eases, the customer’s market demand grew, and the new cutting machine had a high processing efficiency. However, the sheet metal loading took too much time, which delays the work progress.
The specific working condition: the customer uses single beam truss crane to lift the steel plate to the laser cutting machine. The lifting height is 7 meters, the steel sheet is 5.3-6.5m long, 1.51m wide, and 10-16mm thick, weighing almost 1 ton. The sheet metal material is Q235B.
After fully understanding the customer’s needs and specific working conditions, HVR MAG provided a magnetic solution as follows. We chose 500P50 two joint magnet modules, with a beam of about 3 meters and a controller of HEPC11-50. The controller is equipped with functions of magnetization and demagnetization, with an operation box. After repeated communication, the engineers of HVR MAG issued the corresponding drawings and finalized the plan.
