Unlike the commonly seen single magnetic lifter or lift magnet, magnetic lifting beam has adjustable lifting points that shift along the beam to support steel sheets in different lengths. Each lifting point is mounted with a lifting magnet. The adjustable nature allows the lifting beam to better handle unbalanced loads, for example, long and thin steel sheet metal that tends to deform during lift.
Galvanized steel sheet metal is delicate and needs extra caring and more attention when being handled. The greatest hazard in handling is dropping or scratching the sheet.
Magnetic lifting beam is a very safe way of handling steel sheet metals. Like the pictures shows, the magnetic lifters, symmetrically distributed under the beam, are designed in a slim & rectangular shape, to avoid deflections of sheets during the lift.
