For the first point, we designed the lifting magnet with a battery supply.
For the second point, to avoid the pins, we considered the ring or square-shaped electro-permanent magnet. So this requires detailed measurements and careful design.
The third point. If there is enough space we could have used the all-in-one lifting equipment for industrial material, which usually is the most in line with similar working conditions. However, the space is too limited, we could only disassemble the all-in-one lifting magnet. Although it’s been troublesome, we wanted to maximize the customer’s benefits.
The fourth point, with a magnetic force of 16kg/㎡, the electro-permanent lifting magnet is no problem with the heavy steel load. Considering there are pins, we need to calculate the loss of the magnetic force. Then we select a specific magnetic pole for the design.
The fifth point, the all-in-one lifting magnet was split into two. Then we need to connect the magnet and the battery controller group with lines. And the lines need some protection. Then the forklift driver can operate the magnetic lifting magnet with remote control, which ensures the safety of personnel and saves manpower on site.
