2. Space. The number of magnet modules needed to transport the row of steel pipes, plus the size of the magnet module should not exceed the width of the palletizer, so as not to affect the normal handling of steel pipes.
3. Magnet module selection. Considering the wall thickness and weight of the steel pipes, the number of magnet modules should meet the steel pipe handling needs. Sometimes, to maximize the magnetic force and guarantee safety, the magnet surface shall be specially designed.
4. The cycle time. The cycle time of the automated palletizer cannot be too fast, avoiding too much heat generated inside the electro permanent magnet. We know too much heat can affect the magnetism of the magnet. HVR MAG can measure the voltage level and adjust the current by adjusting the copper coil inside the electro-permanent magnet.
