What’s the difference between electric lifting magnet and your electro-permanent lifting magnet?
Compared with electromagnet, electro-permanent magnet was much safer and energy-saving than the former. Electromagnet lifter depends on the current through the coil to generate a magnetic field on the workpiece. Abrupt power failure or heating coil that influence the current is directly related to the safety of lifting.The internal part of the electro permanent magnetic lifter is composed of two permanent magnet materials. When in lifting state, the two permanent magnet materials act on the workpiece at the same time; while when releasing the load, the magnetic fields of the two permanent magnets canceled each other out.
Only in MAG and DEMAG phase, will electricity be needed. No energy consumption during the lift.
With your lifting magnets, will the suspended heavy load drop/fall off during the lift?
No, it won’t. The magnetic force of our lifting equipment is switched on and off by momentous electric pulse. Once magnetized, the lifting force can remain permanently unless switched off by electricity again. That is to say, our lifting magnets consume no power during lift, and can remain holding of the load even in a sudden power failure.
How Long Can Your Lifting Magnets Remain Holding of the Load in A Power Outage?
When been disconnected with power supply, the magnetic force of electro permanent magnets will not diminish along with time, and can remain for decades.
What are the advantages of electro permanent magnet lifters over permanent magnet lifter & electromagnetic lifter?
