HVR MAG Electro Permanent Lifting Magnet for Steel Plate Cutting Line

HVR MAG HEPMP-QS Series is particularly suitable for cutting system, achieving to lift all small work pieces in one time and greatly reducing the labor cost, saving production time and improving working efficiency. Features of HVR MAG cutting system electro permanent lifting magnets :

1. This type of electro permanent lifting magnet uses 12 work pieces of electro permanent magnets that distributed as 3 lines and 4 rows and 12 tailing electro permanent magnets; every work piece magnet and every tailing magnet forms a magnet unit.

2. The magnet mounting plate is 45°in the horizontal direction and work piece magnet and tailing magnet can move on the mounting plate.

3. Each magnet unit can be connected with the crossbeam by the mounting plate; the magnet unit can move freely in the horizontal direction and in the vertical direction, it can move by fixed length.
